Merry Christmas to All!
Christmas seemed busier then ever this year. Truthfully, Halloween on seemed busier then ever this year. Between Isla's birthday, Thanksgiving, two trips, three house guests, and multiple Christmas parties there wasn't much time to breathe this holiday season... And I wouldn't have wanted it any other way!
This year we spent Christmas with my family in Florida. We wanted the kids to have a Christmas at home, so we celebrated the weekend before. This worked well for us, although, I have to say I think Isla was starting to miss all her brand new toys back home after a couple days in Florida. Nevertheless, we all had a wonderful time and appreciate all my parents did to make us feel at home.
Here are some highlights of our
busy
Christmas season:
Playing superheroes is always more fun with the glow of the Christmas tree...
And Christmas picnics are always better then regular ones...
We just happened upon this Santa on a Saturday in mid-December. It was great because it meant we didn't have to go wait in the mall line. This Santa had no wait, and allowed you to snap your own photos. This is one of my favorite. Holden looks like he's got it ALL figured out.
Merry Christmas from our family to your's
Looks like we've got a candy thief...
Jordan's work Christmas party
Some of our many arts and crafts this season
Ugly sweater Christmas party
Lobster dinner thanks to Michelle and Carlos Salman-it was AHHHHmazing...
The first thing Isla wanted to do Christmas morning was to give Teddy his present... I can't say that he was as excited to have her chasing him around.
I hope you all had a good holiday season. We certainly can't complain. Next up: our Christmas in Florida!
