2014 - A Year in Pictures

I know I am once again SUPER behind on the blog.  I still need to update you all on our Christmas, New Years, a trip to Dallas for the NCAA National Championship, a trip to Greenville, SC to meet the one of the newest members of our family, and all the little things in between.  But before I can do that, I wanted to share my favorite pictures from 2014.

It's was definitely the busiest year I can remember, (this may be why my blogging has been so behind lately)!  We traveled all over; from Europe to San Francisco, New York, Key West, Disney World and a bunch of destinations in between.  This year had us all over the place.  So, obviously, a lot of my favorite pictures will reflect these travels, however, the bulk of my favorites from 2014 come from home.  They are pictures of us doing nothing special or out of the ordinary, but something about my babies smiles, or emotion conveyed on their faces just gets me.

I'm so glad I grabbed the camera for these "ordinary" moments.  I love both capturing, and then reliving each and every experience.  It's a reminder that no matter how busy our lives are, I need to make time to document them.  Busy mornings filled with messy kitchens, tired babies after a bad night of sleep, lazy afternoons spent in the pool…  It's real life, and it's ALL beautiful.
