Almost Three Years Ago...

I find myself thinking about this a lot now as Isla's birthday approaches.  I can't believe that it's been almost three years since our sweet little girl was introduced to this world.  So much has happened in such a short time, and it's hard to imagine our lives before her.

While she tries my patience some days, the good times always outweigh the bad, and her quick smile, or sweet giggles always erase the times I am ready to pull my hair out.

These days we are working on letters - it's amazing to watch her little mind work and begin to process things.

She also loves to do whatever I am doing, vacuuming, blowdrying my hair, and of course taking pictures!
