Summertime 2014

With a super busy Summer, I've realized that my blog has suffered in it's week to week posting.  I've been leaving my big camera home more often than not, and opting instead for a couple of snapshots captured on our phones.  While this is definitely easier, and allows me to be in the moment with my family, my goal is to have both those things, as we move into the Fall; live in the moment, and grab a couple shots with my real camera. We will see how this goes…  But for now, I'd like to share some memories from what was an extremely busy, and unforgettable Summer.

I LOVE the changing of the seasons, and those beginning weeks/months when the weather is changing and our environment is transformed.  However, when asked which is my favorite, my answer will ALWAYS be Summer.  And this one did not disappoint.
